Your application

In order for us to be able to best assess your person, it is important that you send us, your resume, certificates and letters of reference from previous employers. Please let us know, in a short cover letter, your earliest starting date and your salary expectations. An extensive letter of motivation is not necessary.

Pre-Screening

We'll look closely at your documents and see if your knowledge and skills match your desired position. If there are still questions we have, we will contact you and discuss any open points in a short phone call or Skype Call.​

Personal Interviews & Reference Calls

After you have successfully progressed past the first hurdles, we will invite you to our application day. In up to four interviews, you will get to know different team members of the Bettzeit Group, complete an assignment, visit our office and thus get an accurate impression of your potential new colleagues and our culture. At the end of the application day you will receive our feedback. If necessary, we ask you, as the last step of our application process, to organize short reference calls with your previous team leads. Please think about who would be eligible.​
